What a treat it was to celebrate our anniversary at Fleming's Steakhouse! From the moment we arrived and the valet service opened our car doors, to the 'enjoy the rest of you evening' wishes the same valet sent us home with, this was a wonderful experience.
We had a reservation through OpenTable and were glad as they were busy this Saturday evening. The host seated us to a comfy booth and wished us a happy anniversary just as we noticed a card signed by staff wishing the same. Our waitress was a perfect combination of attentiveness and helpfulness, guiding us through the menu and adding her own suggestions and insights.
After a round of Dark and Stormy's from the bar, we chose a wonderful burrata and prosciutto starter - amazing flavor and texture combo! It had crispy garlic toasts waiting to be spread with the decadent burrata, topped with Campari tomatoes, prosciutto and arugula. A perfect choice.
As we moved to salad, we couldn't pass the seasonal Grilled Peach Salad. The slightly warm and perfectly ripe grilled peaches set atop a creamy goat cheese and were accompanied by a baby arugula salad dressed with a lemon vinaigrette, fresh blueberries and slivered almonds. Perhaps one of the best salads I've had!
And finally the mains...my husband raved over his perfectly grilled NY Strip steak sitting atop grilled asparagus and served Oscar style with plenty of lump crab meat and a silky bearnaise sauce. My chef's special 6 oz filet with Gorgonzola cream sauce and two Diver scallops was top notch. Also perfectly seared to medium rare, melt in your mouth tender. The sides we chose were also delicious, creamed spinach and Fleming's potatoes. Definitely plenty to share!
Our meal ended by sharing a creamy and fresh slice of Key Lime Pie with a crispy graham cracker crust. Enjoyed alongside a cappuccino- the evening came to a perfect end! Ah, I almost forgot the sweet box of Grand Marnier truffles they send you home with!
Our tab totaled about $250 before tip, certainly north of the dining bills we typically see. But what a special evening an occasion this was! Fleming's is definitely worth the treat from time to time! -

We ordered filet and lobster Mon special for $50. Comes with salad and dessert of carrot cake or keylime cake.
My husbands steak was ok. Mine was like the end part of steak maybe.. it was cooked medium as I asked but the meat quality was bad. Wasnt tender. Very dry outside and most of the parts were hard n very chewy and smelled bad like it was not cut fresh. My husbands steak was centered cut steak and was much better than mine. Couldnt believe our dishes were so different when we ordered the samething. I had same menu at Outback Steakhouse before and i thought the lobster and steak was similar quality. I was disappointed at my steak but i didnt want to return the steak in case they will do something bad for the new one they make and also i didnt want my husband to feel bad for making a reservation here. I want to give one star for my dinner but my husband's was 3 stars. Service was ok .. server forgot to get something for us once but other than that it was ok. Didnt like the dessert either...
I was hoping to have a nice dinner together as it was for our 17th Anniversary...:( -

We went here for a date night and because we had a couple gift cards. We were seated in a small room off the main dining room which was nice because it was a bit more secluded and quieter I think. The bread to start was great. Then we ordered the petite filet Mignon, the bone-in ribeye and the mashed potatoes. Both of our steaks were delicious. The mashed potatoes were good but they did harden kind of quickly. Overall everything was great and I would return but only with gift cards and or for a special occasion because the bill was still over $100 after a $55 gift card balance had been applied for 2 people.

What a wonderful experience! From the immediate seating, our welcoming waiter, and phenomenal steak...we sat at the end of our meal in total satisfaction. I enjoyed the prime dry-aged ribeye oscar style with the Fleming's potato's and crispy brussel sprouts. Everything came out cooked to perfection and so flavorful! Needless to say, we will be back to relish in the exceptional service and food soon! Thank you Nicholas B. for such a smooth and enjoyable meal!!

First time dining here. Valet parking was nice. We attended a Financial Investment class held by The Momentus Group and were fed a phenomenal amount of delicious food. The presentation was incredibly informative and went to show how to leverage our money well.
Now about the food! Appetizer of cheese and fruit plate as well as a prime rib flat bread with arugula and Parmesan cheese flakes drizzled with balsamic vinegar reduction. Oh my word, that was tasty!
Main course came with a selection of meats; their prime beef filet, salmon, chicken breast or a vegan dish. I chose the chicken as it was served with a mushroom-thyme sauce and hubby had the glazed salmon. The guy next to us had the beef filet, all 3 inches thickness!
Side dishes were served in separate platters and were mashed potatoes, creamy spinach and lobster tails with drawn butter. I felt so spoiled! They were all incredibly delicious!
The salmon was heavenly!! Melted in my mouth tender!! But, alas, the chicken breast was over-cooked and dry with a terrible sauce over it. Bummer that it was poorly prepared. I sent it back and had our server bring a replacement of the beef filet, mid-rare. It took 10-15 minutes for the entree to come out and it looked wonderful but it too was over-cooked and only the very center of the meat was dark pink. The outside was tough and chewy.
Just an off night? Idk! But our amazing server Jimmy was the epitome of grace and care as our server. Dessert was carrot cake or key lime pie. Per usual, I got one and hubby got the other and we shared. LOL! Both were delightful and tasty. A wonderful cup of coffee with that, and I was a happy camper.
